The European Institute of Cooperation and Development (IECD) is a French international solidarity organization created in 1988 whose mission is to enable young people and adults in vulnerable situations to acquire the necessary know-how to build their future and have a positive impact on society.///L'Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement est un organisme français de solidarité internationale créé en 1988. Son ambition est de permettre aux jeunes et personnes vulnérables d’acquérir les outils nécessaires pour construire leur avenir et avoir un impact positif sur la société.///Viện Hợp tác và Phát triển Châu Âu (IECD) là một tổ chức liên hiệp quốc tế của Pháp được thành lập năm 1988. Mục tiêu của tổ chức là giúp những người trẻ tuổi cũng như người dễ bị tổn thương có được những công cụ cần thiết để xây dựng tương lai của họ và có tác động tích cực đến xã hội.

IECD operates in 15 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, the Indian Ocean and South East Asia; and has developed its expertise in education, vocational training and employability, support to small businesses and healthcare.///Intervenant dans 15 pays en Afrique, au Proche-Orient, dans l’Océan Indien, et en Asie du Sud-Est, l’IECD déploie ses expertises en éducation, formation professionnelle et accès à l'emploi, appui aux petites entreprises et santé.///IECD hoạt động tại 15 quốc gia ở Châu Phi, Trung Đông, Ấn Độ Dương và Đông Nam Á; và triển khai chuyên môn của mình trong các lĩnh vực giáo dục, đào tạo nghề và tiếp cận với việc làm, hỗ trợ cho người kinh doanh nhỏ và chăm sóc sức khoẻ.

Present in Vietnam since 2010, IECD has been developing and supporting three development projects which are Micro & Small Entrepreneurs support program (MSE program), the French Bakery and Pastry Schools in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue, and Seeds of Hope program - Training Young people for careers in Electricity and Automotive repair and maintenance.///Présenté au Vietnam depuis 2010, l'IECD soutient et développe 3 projets de développement: Appui aux petites entreprises (MSE project), les Ecoles de Boulangerie-Pâtisserie française à Hô-Chi-Minh-Ville et à Hue, et Programme Graines d’Espérance – Formation des jeunes vietnamiens aux métiers de l’électricité et de la maintenance automobile.///Hoạt động tại Việt Nam từ năm 2010, IECD đang hỗ trợ và phát triển 3 dự án: Chương trình đào tạo và hỗ trợ người kinh doanh nhỏ (MSE support program), Trường dạy nghề bánh Pháp “La Boulangerie Française” tại Tp. Hồ Chí Minh và Huế, và Chương trình Hạt giống hy vọng (Seeds of hope program) – đào tạo thanh niên về điện dân dụng và bảo chì/sửa chữa ô tô.

Since 2017, FVI has supported IECD’s projects as Special Initiative.///Depuis 2017, FVI soutient ses projets en tant qu'Initiative Spéciale.///Kể từ năm 2017, FVI hỗ trợ các dự án của IECD như là Sáng kiến Đặc biệt.
