Entrepreneurs du Monde (EdM) is a French non-for-profit association founded in 1998 and is one of three organizations whose projects have been supported by FVI as a Special Initiative since 2017. The association helps thousands of people living in supremely difficult circumstances to improve their living conditions, by supporting commercial activities and giving them access to products that can bring significant health, economic and environmental benefits.///Entrepreneurs du Monde (EdM) est une association française sans but lucratif fondée en 1998 et est l'une des trois organisations dont les projets ont été soutenus par FVI en tant qu'Initiative Spéciale depuis 2017. L'association aide des milliers de personnes vivant dans des circonstances extrêmement difficiles à améliorer leurs conditions de vie en leurs soutenant les activités commerciales et leurs donnant l’accès à des produits qui peuvent apporter d’avantages importants pour la santé, l’économie et l’environnement.///Entrepreneurs du Monde (EdM) là tổ chức phi lợi nhuận Pháp được thành lập năm 1998 và là một trong 3 tổ chức có dự án được FVI hỗ trợ như một Sáng kiến Đặc biệt từ năm 2017. Tổ chức giúp đỡ hàng ngàn người sống trong hoàn cảnh đặc biệt khó khăn cải thiện điều kiện cuộc sống của họ bằng cách hỗ trợ các hoạt động kinh doanh và giúp họ tiếp cận với các sản phẩm mang lại lợi ích về sức khoẻ, kinh tế và môi trường.

EdM operates in 12 developing countries and in three particular areas: social microfinance, support for the creation of very small businesses and access to energy.///EdM opère dans 12 pays en développement, autour de trois domaines: la microfinance sociale, l’appui à la création de Très Petites Entreprises et l’accès à l’énergie.///EdM đang hoạt động trên 12 quốc gia đang phát triển, trên các lĩnh vực: Tài chính vi mô xã hội, hỗ trợ tạo dựng các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và tiếp cận năng lượng.

Since 2007, the association has been implementing a microfinance project called Anh Chị Em (Brothers and Sisters) in the province of Dien Bien, one of the poorest provinces of Vietnam. In order to promote the autonomy of poor families, EdM provides financial (credit and savings) and non-financial services (training, support, advice). A decade of development, project's operational self-sufficiency (revenues covers expenditures) and a plan to expand the project in a poor neighboring province demonstrate its sustainability and effectiveness, as well as the active response of beneficiaries.///Depuis 2007, l'association met en œuvre un projet de microfinance s'appellant Anh Chị Em (Frères et Sœurs) dans la province de Dien Bien, l'une des provinces les plus pauvres du Vietnam. Pour favoriser l'autonomie des familles pauvres, EdM leur fournit des services financiers (crédit et épargne) et non financiers (formation, accompagnement, conseil). Une décennie de développement, l’autosuffisance opérationnelle du projet (les recettes couvrent les dépenses) et l'expansion du projet dans une province voisine aussi pauvre démontrent la durabilité et l'efficacité du projet, ainsi que la réponse active des bénéficiaires.///Từ năm 2007 đến nay, EdM triển khai dự án tài chính vi mô mang tên Anh Chị Em tại tỉnh Điện Biên, một trong những tỉnh nghèo nhất Việt Nam. Để giúp người dân nghèo tự chủ trong cuộc sống, EdM cung cấp cho họ các dịch vụ tài chính (tín dụng và tiết kiệm) và phi tài chính (đào tạo, hỗ trợ và tư vấn). 10 năm phát triển, hoạt động tự chủ của dự án (operational self-sufficiency) cùng với kế hoạch mở rộng dự án sang 1 tỉnh nghèo lân cận là những yếu tố minh chứng cho tính bền vững, tính hiệu quả mà dự án đem lại cũng như sự tin tưởng tiếp tục tham gia của những người thụ hưởng.
