Passerelles Numériques (PN) is a French Non-profit Organization which was created in 2005. It enables young underprivileged people to build their employability through education in the digital industry, and leverage their potential and willpower; it allows them and their family to escape poverty in a sustainable way, and contribute to the social and economic development of their country.///Passerelles Numériques (PN) est une association française à but non-lucratif créée en 2005. Sa mission est de permettre à des jeunes capables mais très défavorisés d’accéder à de bonnes éducation et formation professionnelle en numérique. Celles-ci leur permettraient, ainsi qu’à leur famille, d’échapper durablement à la pauvreté, et de contribuer au développement socio-économique de leur pays.///Passerelles Numériques (PN) là tổ chức phi chính phủ của Pháp được thành lập năm 2005. Tổ chức có sứ mệnh giúp đỡ các thanh niên có hoàn cảnh khó khăn tạo dựng việc làm thông qua giáo dục trong ngành công nghiệp kỹ thuật số. Qua đó giúp các em và gia đình thoát nghèo một cách bền vững, góp phần vào sự phát triển kinh tế và xã hội của đất nước.

PN operates in 3 Asian countries: Cambodia, Vietnam (2010) and the Philippines. So far, it has trained and graduated more than 1,303 youths and is training 417 students.///L'association opère dans 3 pays d'Asie tels que le Cambodge, le Vietnam (2010) et les Philippines. Jusqu'à présent, PN a formé et conféré des diplômes à plus de 1303 jeunes et elle est entrain de former 417 étudiants.///PN đang hoạt động tại 3 quốc gia: Campuchia, Việt Nam (2010) và Philippines. Đến nay, tổ chức đã đào tạo cho hơn 1,303 học sinh và đang tiếp tục đào tạo 417 học sinh.

Since 2016, PN Vietnam in collaboration with Danang College of Technology has launched new 3-year vocational training in Software development and Testing, which will lead to a College degree, more acknowledged by Vietnamese companies. Over the course of 3 years, beneficiary students learn and practice not only in Information Technology but also in English, and Soft skills. Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to put their skills into practice during two internship periods in one of the partner companies of PN. This PN educational program would be a really solid preparation for these students to integrate into the working life as well as to create a better future. This project is one of three Special Initiatives funded by FVI since 2017.
///A partir de 2016, Passerelles Numériques Vietnam avec la Collège de Technologie de Danang offrent un nouveau programme de formation de 3 ans en Développement et Test logiciel qui mènera à un « College degree » (un diplôme universitaire, équivalent d’un Bac + 3), plus reconnu par les entreprises vietnamiennes. En y participant, les étudiants bénéficiaires apprennent et pratiquent non seulement l’informatique mais aussi l’anglais et le savoir-être. Ils auront de plus la possibilité de mettre en pratique leurs compétences au cours de 2 périodes de stage chez l’une des sociétés partenaires de PN. Ce programme éducatif de PN serait une préparation vraiment solide pour ces étudiants à s’intégrer à la vie professionnelle ainsi qu’à créer un meilleur avenir. Ce projet est l'une des trois Initiatives Spéciales financées par FVI depuis 2017.///Từ năm 2016, PN Việt Nam đã phối hợp với trường Cao đẳng Công Nghệ Đà Nẵng để cùng xây dựng một Chương trình Đào tạo phát triển và thử nghiệm phần mềm 3 năm với hệ Cao đẳng, được công nhận rộng rãi bởi nhiều công ty Việt Nam. Khi tham gia chương trình, các em không chỉ được đào tạo và thực hành về kiến thức chuyên ngành CNTT mà còn được giáo dục về kỹ năng sống, học tiếng anh và cơ hội thực tập tại 1 trong những công ty đối tác của tổ chức. Chương trình giáo dục do PN và đối tác thực hiện sẽ là bước chuẩn bị thật sự vững chắc cho các em hòa nhập vào môi trường làm việc cũng như tạo dựng cho bản thân một tương lai tươi sáng hơn. Dự án này là một trong ba Sáng kiến Đặc biệt được FVI tài trợ kể từ 2017.
